book recommendation
Just finished reading Leadership and Self-Deception by The Arbinger Institute.
I really enjoyed the book, and highly recommend it. Sorry, not much of a review here…but I can say this book is so much more than your typical leadership book, it really applies to just about everyone. Amazon has over 150 reviews, and it is a 4.5 out of 5 stars….I think that is a fair rating in my opinion.

This book completely revolutionized my view of myself and my relationships. I had my lifegroup go through it, the band, and our staff has done it! There are some that say the book is a bunch of bull, but they’re most likely in the box towards the book…thereby not allowing the book to become anything else…he he he

“I like my box. I know my box. I don’t want to get out of my box!”
That’s all I said the first half of the book. Then I quit white-knuckling my box. Best release I ever made.

This book is huge at helping folks understand the dynamics of human relations. I hate the title of the book, though, because I think it is very … well … deceptive.

I agree guys/gals…great book for sure.
Todd, great call. I am not a fan of the title either. It is deceptive. I would of never bought the book unless a good friend told me about it and gave me an idea of what it was really about.
