Who are you influencing? Are you leading people somewhere…if so, where?I got this email from a old buddy and had to share with you how I am “influencing” people.Subject: You owe me $302.06 (at least)…Terry,Since I started using Microsoft Money, I have spent (not cash, debit card only) $302.06 at Starbucks since at least 12/14/2005. I’ve probably spent at least that much in cash, which I don’t really record in my books. I had never been to a Starbucks until the first time you took me to that one there in Coppell. So it’s your fault that I like Starbucks!What’s even more interesting is that this WHOLE time I’ve gone to Starbucks, with very few exceptions, I have always ordered a “Triple Vente Vanilla Latte”. That’s the coffee that you recommended way back then. I did change, in Orlando, to also add “light foam”, so I could get more coffee and less fluff in my cup.Recently I tried the Triple Vente White Chocolate Mocha. Man — it’s good. I like it better than the latte. It’s my new drink!And I’m cold! It’s 48 degrees this morning, and I walked two blocks there and two blocks back to get one. So you owe me the money AND a scarf! (And that’s big city blocks, not your typical residential blocks.)Just thought I’d send you my bill (that’s a joke) and tell you that if you haven’t tried the WCM…you might oughta!

Wow, what a game last night! 6 Romo turnovers and they still come out on top. A sign of a great team is when they play like crap, face adversity, and still come out with a win! Below is what Bill Parcell’s gave to Tony Romo, and Tony still has it in his locker. Randomness from the Airport
In the airport on my way to Atlanta for Catalyst.Ever wonder about the “stuff” on the floor? Took my shoes off to go through security in the airport when I looked around and most people had there shoes off as well. No socks, just feet…on the tile floor. What is on my feet now?Why is there not a Starbucks outside the airport? Every airport should have a drive through Starbucks outside!More power. The airport terminal is all about jockeying for position for power. When you find a power outlet there is always a waiting line…Is this really the best way to do it? Every airport is just about the same….Can we not make this experience better? I look around, people sitting…maybe on a laptop, maybe a paper, but just sitting. Looks like an opportunity for improving the experience. Who knows.Hate that I am going to miss my boy Los on La Ink tonight…Thank the Lord for TIVO.Excited to hear Craig’s talk at Catalyst. (a project is just having way to many challenges)- Moved from not enjoying the Foo Fighters new album to REALLY liking it!- Thank God the dude is coming on Monday to kill all these spiders at our house.- Sisomo was a cool book to read.- Trying to move to using Safari 3. Love it, but not sure I can leave Firefox/Camino.- WordPress admin sucks in Safari 3!- Fired up about the new LifeChurch.tv/Open coming in a week or so! Tonight was the best experience with High Definition Television yet…. Foo Fighters Skin and Bones on HDNet.
Holy Cow, I love the Foo Fighters, but then you add the live element, acoustic guitars, crazy harmonica, violin, outstanding percussion and even the cowbell.
If you did not know, on DirecTV HDNet is all HD music on Sunday! Thanks John for the heads up.
Also, the most anticipated album of the Year… ECHOES, SILENCE, PATIENCE & GRACE comes out Sept 25th! I can not wait….
