My favorite lactose free milk is:

If you can not find that, we also use Dairy Ease (not organic):

I think I may try this, it sounds like you’d be very hungry though. Is there a substitute for the grapefruit? I’ve never been able to stomach them.

Sounds good. I’ve been wanting to do something like this…. Are you drinking water throughout the day too?

What exactly is the overall purpose of the diet? What are the benefits at the end of the week? Weight loss? Feel Better? More Energy? More active sex life?

Do you do the diet and the GNC supplement?

Leigh- I am not sure, Dana liked the Grapefruit because of the acidic elements.
Cameron- Yes, drinking water as well.
Greg- All of the above!
Gerald- Yes, that is all within the 7 days.

How much grapefruit are you eating for breakfast and dinner, one?
Also, what does your workout schedule look like during this period of time?

Hey Terry, I do a cleanse once or twice a year too, very good stuff! I always feel much better after. I’m wondering why milk is included in this cleanse…doesn’t seem to fit in with the other stuff you’re taking in. Just curious. Hope it goes well for you!

Terry, 1st off, it’s awesome to see you blogging again.
I did something similar last year and while difficult it was a great way to start the year. We are going to begin a pre-cleanse tomorrow for 3 days followed by a 5 day fast..
On a spiritual side, as a church we are doing 21 days of prayer and fasting (primarily the Daniel fast) for most people starting monday to kick off the year.
We put up a site http://21daysofprayer.ning.com to share war stories.

The broad rate of succeeder of these weight loss programs which are incessantly contending with every other is more or less the comparable. And the most funny part is that these programmes all neglect at the same hurdle in wound of making really tall demands. This encounters because the trunk gets used to the hardness through which it is invest and conforms itself to the new routine and the metabolic process slows down. You have to be brainier than nature to be able to deception the body into falling back weight. Without favorable this step then you will perpetually wonder why you cannot turn a loss exercising weight.

Is it safe to only drink for 7 days? I know of another diet that works similar to this one. The only difference is you eat protein for like 5 days.

Im a young early 30’s healthy mom of 2 with a loving hubby at home and a part time job – so I am always busy!
I have been taking the Dr Max Powers 15 Day Cleanse (no, its not just for men as my dr told me) for approximately 8 days and they have worked wonders with my diet.
In the past 3 days I have lost 6 pounds of waste. My appetite is down and I feel great. I’m taking 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. There is no stomach cramping, although my stomach has made a couple of growling noises at me..giving me a warning that it is time to go to the bathroom..but other than that..no real problems..I am going to continue using these pills. Looking forward to more waste (weight) loss…hip-hip-hooray!!!
