As we are sitting here working on the punch list for the Internet Campus private beta test this weekend, something hit me hard.

Knowing your place….

As I am surrounded by great developers, awesome designers, and a team loaded with talent I found myself wondering….what is my place in all of this. I don’t code, I don’t do CSS, I don’t know Flash, I don’t know XMPP, I don’t know anything about Jabber servers….(but I can do Photoshop!)

Terry, what the heck are you doing? I am staying out of their way…as much as I can. I am staying focused on setting and keeping priorities straight, constantly setting expectations…and most importantly making sure food is around, and loaded them up on caffeine!

Should be a fun weekend!
