		<description>Have you compared this to the new Podcast Producer in OS X Server 10.5?  I&#039;m not sure what all formats it can render, but from a short demo I saw it looks very powerful with lots of custom work flow settings.  And it uses standard Xgrid clients for distributing work load.</description>
