You are:
- A design professional with a strong interactive/web background
- Experienced in interface design and layout
- Confident in your understanding of web usability best practices
- An excellent communicator; both written and orally
- A strong leader with excellent customer interaction skills
- Proficient and able to manage your time well
- Extremely flexible and able to thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment
- An efficient project manager

You will be:
- Expected to manage projects, as well as assess user needs
- Responsible for managing a creative offsite contract staff as well as a local team
- Contributing to and overseeing the development of visual UI mock-ups/comps and interactive prototypes
- Working directly for the Digerati Pastor and interacting with ministry leaders to ensure
that projects effectively deliver the needs of the end users
- Collaborating with various staff teams on strategy, marketing and other related needs
- Expected to commit to and follow the membership requirements of LifeChurch.tv
