I'm a leader, technologist, and strategist. At my core, I'm a builder. I co-founded and led YouVersion, the Bible App now past a billion installs, and today I serve as an executive leader at BibleProject, where I help millions experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. But the longer I build, the more convinced I am that the achievements aren't the main thing. What matters more is who I'm becoming, and who I get to help become.

So the way I build matters to me as much as what I build. My work is rooted in tov, a Hebrew word for what is good, whole, and life-giving. I try to build in a way that's good for people, not simply productive, trusting that what's grounded in goodness endures, and that it forms us as we go.

My calling is to partner with God as a builder, creating cultures, systems, and experiences where people can flourish. I want to empower others, too: developers, ministries, publishers, churches, and global partners building Scripture and discipleship experiences for their own languages and communities. My background spans startups, ministry, and large-scale technology, but one thread has stayed constant. I love helping people and organizations become what they were made to be. And, unhurried and in good company, I'm still becoming, too.
